About
Laurens holds master's degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy from University of Amsterdam. He did PhD research on changes in the science system in the Innovation Studies Group, Utrecht University. In November 2010 he received his PhD degree. Laurens currently studies coordination in the Dutch science system at the Rathenau Institute (Den Haag).
